HOI AN

Yesterday, Friday, was basically a travel day between Hanoi and Hoi An so not much to say.  Security at Hanoi like Atlanta - confusing.

Hotel is lovely with beautiful landscaping and Large rooms.

Clinic today was in Hanoi at Old people's home, so had mix of ages.  Bob very busy in dental, their teeth not great.  The arranged  for a couple of classes from local preschool to bring brought in so did have some takers at Toy table.  Also at end of clinic same number of novices.

The grounds are beautiful with plants/flowers

The nuns very gracious and fed us big lunch with rice, pork, shrimp, fried egg and fruit for dessert.

The home has a small Chapel and late in afternoon they had a service and we think saying rosary.  Different cadence than used to and of course no idea what saying ☺

Seems Bob not only one on team that served in DaNang.  Mike is one of team leaders and seems he and Bob's tours overlapped...who knows that might have passed each other on the road to top of mountain !

Came back to find room made up and orchids on bed.

Wandered over to old town to see beautiful lanterns and grab bite to eat.

Tomorrow is Easter so early start so can attend mass before clinic and then after clinic dinner at Covent. Will be a long day but Glorious
