But being seasoned travelers rain made no difference to us. Breakfast on covered terrace, out to get tickets to puppet theatre and then to Cathedral just as it let out from 1st Mass of day.
Nothing like weeding and planting in rain when ground soft ☺
We wondered around shopping streets in rain. Not alot of shoppers and hard maneuvering amongst motorbikes on sidewalks so headed back to hotel to dry off, thank goodness dryer in room....
Then off to puppet theatre
Water puppet show as good as we remembered. Amazing artist/puppeteers.
Had finally stopped raining so wandered some more then back to hotel to drop off purchases and get ready for dinner.
Went back to favorite place Cau Go-hard to know which is best...food or view.
Hotel very central and has large room/bathroom which is unusual in VN. As cooler has been nice to open windows and enjoy cooler temperatures. WiFi could use some improvement!
Earmy start tomorrow as bus leaves at 8 AM for airport and flight to DaNang.
Tomorrow we check into Hoi An and resort hotel. Who knows next post might be from poolside 😊
